The workshop called <strong>&#8220;Emun\u00e1&#8221;, <\/strong>which means <em>&#8216;to be calm despite not yet having all the answers&#8217;,<\/em> was given by a team of psychologists, who with tenacity and wisdom managed to integrate the teachers and provide them with useful tools to be able to approach teaching with skill and mastery and thus transform teaching practice to generate a positive impact on the development of students. <\/p>\n\n<p>Some testimonies reinforce this:<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>I thank the Carmelite Sisters of Charity for having made me part of this training space, together with the teachers of St. Ursula School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br\/>From what we have experienced during these days I can say that it has been a very pleasant, agile, integrating, playful day, where we have recreated learning about diversity, a different way to be inclusive schools. It was a very spiritual day, reminding us that <em>&#8220;we are all equal in God&#8217;s love and at the same time we are all different&#8221;.<\/em> We worked as a community discovering our potentialities to understand that diversity enriches us and when we share our gifts we are better.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br\/>This experience has strengthened the ability to address diversity in the classroom, better understand the individual needs of each student and apply innovative strategies, thus fostering more inclusive and equitable learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Prof.Nanny Parrilla<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>As a new teacher in this Educational Institution, I am grateful for this learning space as an enriching opportunity to learn more about the charism of Saint Joaquina de Vedruna and the commitment to education. We addressed fundamental issues that strengthen my educational work and inspire me to continually improve. We reflected on education as a pillar of support, removing barriers that impede the learning of our students. We understood the importance of building meaningful performances for life, preparing our students not only academically, but also in their integral development.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br\/>A central point for me was the importance of <em>&#8220;embracing diversity&#8221;<\/em> within our classrooms, promoting an environment of inclusion, respect and equity for every student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br\/>We also delved into the importance of emotional health, both for our students and for us teachers. We learned that, in order to effectively accompany our students in their growth, we must first learn to regulate our own emotions, managing stress and maintaining an emotional balance that allows us to be positive guides and references. In addition to the spaces for reflection and learning, the integration day allowed me to experience the companionship and love that characterizes this educational community. It was an experience full of games, fun and bonds that strengthened our sense of belonging and commitment to our work.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br\/>I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and to each person who made this workshop possible.
