At this meeting, key issues were addressed at both the global and local levels, reflecting on how best to respond to current challenges from the richness of the charism inherited from St. Joaquina de Vedruna. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A comprehensive approach and a global commitment<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>The International Structures Commission works with an integral approach, taking into account the diversity of contexts in which the Congregation is present. This team is made up of a sister representative from each continent, which allows for a broad and representative vision of the different local realities. It also has support teams in the different countries, who provide valuable information on the specific needs and challenges of each region.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Commission meetings are held on a monthly basis, allowing for constant and collaborative work. At each meeting, the current situation is analyzed in depth, proposals are evaluated and concrete lines of action are drawn up. The focus is on the future, with a ten-year planning horizon, in which we seek to strengthen the structures that sustain community life and the evangelizing mission.  <\/p>\n\n<p>All this is done in harmony with the criteria established by the <a href=\"https:\/\/vedruna.org\/download-category\/documento-capitular\/\">XXVIII General Chapter<\/a>, which emphasizes the need for flexible, open structures at the service of the life and mission of the Congregation.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A process underway, open to participation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>The work of the International Commission on Structures is a journey under construction, open to community discernment and to the active participation of all the sisters and laity linked to the Congregation.
