On December 15, in the afternoon, the young people of Misi\u00f3n Juvenil Vedruna (MJV)<\/strong> held a meaningful eleven<\/em> (snack) together with the older adults who participate in the Chapel Santa Mar\u00eda de la Esperanza<\/strong>, located in the Cuatro Villas<\/strong> of our city. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of joy, closeness and fraternity, strengthening community bonds and promoting the value of intergenerational encounter. <\/p>\n\n

During the day, the participants shared a snack prepared and served with dedication by the young people. The space was animated by moments of dialogue, songs and dynamics, generating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that favored the meeting and coexistence. <\/p>\n\n

One of the most significant moments was the “lota” game<\/strong>, which enthusiastically summoned the senior citizens, provoking laughter and active participation, and turning the afternoon into an experience marked by joy and fellowship.<\/p>\n\n

As a final gesture, each senior citizen received a gift, a sign of affection, recognition and gratitude, which was received with emotion by those who participated in the meeting.<\/p>\n\n

This activity was possible thanks to the funds raised in the sale held during the “Chilenidad” day,<\/strong> organized by the young people of Misi\u00f3n Juvenil Vedruna<\/strong>, as well as the solidarity contribution of the people who collaborated by purchasing the products offered. Their support allowed this initiative in favor of those who need it most. <\/p>\n\n

From the Vedruna charism<\/strong>, this meeting is a concrete expression of a generous love that translates into service, putting at the center the dignity of each person and promoting bonds of closeness, joy and hope. In this way, the young people continue to embody the motto of the Bicentennial<\/strong>: Generous love, mission that inspires<\/em>, making every gesture a living sign of the Gospel. <\/p>\n\n
