From January 5 to 7,<\/strong> in the city of Puente Alto<\/strong>, was held the Meeting of Management Teams of the Vedruna Schools of Chile<\/strong>, organized by the Management Team of the country<\/strong>. The management teams of the schools Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Carmen<\/strong> (Padre Las Casas), Santa Rosa<\/strong> (Constituci\u00f3n), Santa Joaquina<\/strong> (Puente Alto) and Vedruna<\/strong> (San Felipe) participated. <\/p>\n\n

The objective of the meeting was to deepen our understanding of the Vedruna charism<\/strong>, to know and assume, from the different levels, the Country Strategic Plan<\/strong>, as well as to share concerns, searches and challenges that arise from its implementation in the educational communities.<\/p>\n\n

Illuminated by the Chapter Document Born Again<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, the participants reflected on shared leadership<\/strong> and the challenges posed today by the Vedruna Educational Proposal (PEV)<\/strong>, in terms of renewal, co-responsibility and creative fidelity to the charism<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

It was a privileged space for the exchange of experiences<\/strong>, lived in an atmosphere of joy, fraternity and respect, which favored the creation of bonds<\/strong> among the members of the four educational communities and the definition of some common actions<\/strong> to be developed as a country.<\/p>\n\n

A particularly significant moment was the community prayer on January 6<\/strong>, the Feast of the Manifestation of the Lord<\/strong>, during which we remembered the moment when, 200 years<\/strong> ago, St. Joaquina de Vedruna<\/strong> made her vows as a religious. In this context, the three sisters present<\/strong> also renewed their vows, giving thanks for the vocation received and renewing their commitment to the educational mission<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
