{"id":8082,"date":"2024-01-16T10:08:45","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T09:08:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vedruna.org\/spiritual-retreat-in-brazil-drinking-at-the-source-of-the-chapter-document-born-again\/"},"modified":"2024-01-16T10:08:54","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T09:08:54","slug":"spiritual-retreat-in-brazil-drinking-at-the-source-of-the-chapter-document-born-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vedruna.org\/en\/spiritual-retreat-in-brazil-drinking-at-the-source-of-the-chapter-document-born-again\/","title":{"rendered":"Spiritual retreat in Brazil: drinking at the source of the Chapter Document &#8220;Born Again&#8221;."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>From the hand of Jesus and Nicodemus, our family home was filled with births with different meanings: to begin to live, to beget, to give life and to initiate the experience of maternity or paternity more than biological (NdN).<\/p>\n\n<p>In contact with nature, from January 2 to 9, in Brazil, we had the grace to enter, deepen and pray with our chapter document, guided in a profound and dynamic way by our sister Maria Ines Garcia.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 27%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>We begin with the dialogue between Nicodemus and Jesus during the night (Jn 3), how is it possible for someone who is already old to be born again? Can it re-enter the womb to be born again? Mar\u00eda In\u00e9s helped us to become aware of these existential questions, of our personal, community, congregational, ecclesial, social, planetary vulnerability, among others&#8230; It helped us to realize in our life, that it is God who makes us be born, that this process of being born again in our life is happening. We were following this path of naming all the aspects of the new that is emerging among us, as a sign of God&#8217;s grace that accompanies us.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/vedruna.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2024-01-15-a-las-08.18.26_bfcbf6cc-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8057 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vedruna.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2024-01-15-a-las-08.18.26_bfcbf6cc-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/vedruna.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2024-01-15-a-las-08.18.26_bfcbf6cc-480x640.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 768px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>We prayed with themes from the different chapters of our document: An integral and ecological spirituality; the art of encounter; creative mission; the charismatic family; sustainability and prophecy. They are fundamental to guide our life in mission today.
