Un espace pour gu\u00e9rir ensemble et renforcer ceux qui accompagnent nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves. <\/p>\n\n<p>Le 20 novembre, le personnel de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole El Colegio El Carmelo de Caracas (Venezuela) s&rsquo;est r\u00e9uni pour participer \u00e0 la r\u00e9union de formation de novembre, enti\u00e8rement consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la <strong>sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong>. La journ\u00e9e a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la spiritualit\u00e9, les \u00e9motions et les pratiques corporelles, r\u00e9affirmant que <strong>prendre soin de soi n&rsquo;est pas un privil\u00e8ge, mais une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>La matin\u00e9e a commenc\u00e9 par une <strong>messe de gu\u00e9rison<\/strong> pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le p\u00e8re Nelson Romero, qui a rappel\u00e9 que la sant\u00e9 mentale ne peut \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9e de la sant\u00e9 spirituelle. \u00ab\u00a0Souvent, nous demandons \u00e0 Dieu d&rsquo;habiter en nous, mais nous fermons la porte avec de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, du ressentiment ou du d\u00e9sespoir\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Par l&rsquo;onction d&rsquo;huile balsamique et l&rsquo;aspersion d&rsquo;eau b\u00e9nite, chaque enseignant et membre du personnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 abandonner les pens\u00e9es qui l&#8217;emportent sur les sacs \u00e0 dos que nous portons au quotidien. Le p\u00e8re Nelson a soulign\u00e9 que la messe de gu\u00e9rison n&rsquo;est pas un acte magique, mais un espace pour reconna\u00eetre la fragilit\u00e9, s&rsquo;ouvrir au pardon et laisser l&rsquo;espoir &#8211; selon la foi chr\u00e9tienne &#8211; renouveler notre force int\u00e9rieure. \u00ab\u00a0La gu\u00e9rison de l&rsquo;esprit commence par la reconnaissance du fait que nous avons besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre aim\u00e9s et que, parfois, le premier amour qui se brise est celui que nous avons pour nous-m\u00eames\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il conclu.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;eucharistie, Mme Maria Flores, fondatrice de la Fondation Amigos del Adolescente, a anim\u00e9 un atelier intitul\u00e9 <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Prendre soin de l&rsquo;aidant\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Elle a expliqu\u00e9 que les enseignants sont souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de stress et que le syndrome d&rsquo;<em>\u00e9puisement professionnel<\/em>progresse lorsque les signaux du corps sont ignor\u00e9s. \u00ab\u00a0La sant\u00e9 mentale n&rsquo;est pas un luxe, c&rsquo;est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \u00e9thique. Un adulte d\u00e9bord\u00e9 peut difficilement apporter un soutien \u00e0 un adolescent en crise\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une dynamique d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration corps-esprit et \u00e0 des exercices de respiration consciente, les participants ont pu constater qu&rsquo;une simple respiration profonde peut faire baisser le rythme cardiaque et clarifier l&rsquo;esprit. Le sp\u00e9cialiste a conclu en nous invitant \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0filtrer\u00a0\u00bb ce que nous consommons : \u00ab\u00a0Ce que vous \u00e9coutez avant de vous endormir et ce que vous voyez lorsque vous vous r\u00e9veillez fa\u00e7onne la chimie de votre cerveau. Prot\u00e9gez votre esprit comme vous prot\u00e9gez votre salle de classe. <\/p>\n\n<p>La r\u00e9union a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur une conviction commune : <strong>la sant\u00e9 mentale est un bien collectif<\/strong>. Lorsque l&rsquo;adulte va bien, l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve le per\u00e7oit ; et lorsque la communaut\u00e9 prend soin de ceux qu&rsquo;elle prend en charge, l&rsquo;environnement scolaire devient un
