C&rsquo;\u00e9tait instructif et enrichissant d&rsquo;\u00e9couter les autres pr\u00e9senter les activit\u00e9s r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans chaque centre et cela nous a permis de voir le merveilleux travail que chacun d&rsquo;entre nous fait dans les diff\u00e9rentes parties de notre province indienne. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u0153ur Olinda Patkit, <\/strong>  John&rsquo;s Medical College, Bangalore, a partag\u00e9 avec nous son exp\u00e9rience et quelques conseils pour nous aider dans notre <strong>vision et notre attitude \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es<\/strong>. Cette formation \u00e9tait ax\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de nos comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de soins aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, sur la promotion de la dignit\u00e9, de la compassion et de la qualit\u00e9 de vie, sur la prise en charge des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es dans nos familles et nos communaut\u00e9s, sur la compr\u00e9hension de leurs souffrances physiques, psychologiques <strong>S\u0153ur Dr.   <\/strong>de la Congr\u00e9gation des S\u0153urs de Saint Jean Baptiste, a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s instructive et pratique. Elle a expliqu\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail ce qui se passe dans les communaut\u00e9s religieuses en mati\u00e8re de stress mental et comment nous devrions nous occuper des probl\u00e8mes mentaux, en nous aidant et en prenant soin les uns des autres. Elle a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de la pri\u00e8re et de la connexion avec Dieu dans la vie religieuse. Elle a insist\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;interconnexion et de l&rsquo;harmonie avec tout ce que Dieu a cr\u00e9\u00e9. Elle a conclu sa session en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur l&rsquo;aide psychologique : \u00ab\u00a0<strong>regarder, \u00e9couter et relier<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Les participants ont eu le temps d&rsquo;interagir et les s\u0153urs ont exprim\u00e9 leurs pr\u00e9occupations.       <strong>Sr. Dr. Joma CCV, <\/strong>  Sally de nous avoir accord\u00e9 son temps et d&rsquo;avoir partag\u00e9 ses connaissances sur l&rsquo;importance de prendre soin de notre sant\u00e9 mentale.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le deuxi\u00e8me jour, le <strong>Dr Joseph Siqueira<\/strong> \u00e9tait la personne ressource de la journ\u00e9e.
