Elles se tiennent aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du peuple philippin et de l\u2019\u00c9glise dans la lutte incessante pour la justice sociale. \u00c0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 la corruption nous prive de notre espoir et \u00e9touffe l\u2019avenir de notre nation, nous choisissons de nous mobiliser une nouvelle fois. Nous refusons de rester silencieuses alors que notre pays s\u2019affaiblit et que le bien commun est trahi. <strong>Nous continuons \u00e0 nous joindre \u00e0 l\u2019appel en faveur de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, de la responsabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019une bonne gouvernance<\/strong>\u2014 une gouvernance fid\u00e8le au peuple qu\u2019elle sert.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au moment choisi par Dieu, un <strong>double arc-en-ciel s\u2019est dessin\u00e9 au-dessus de nos t\u00eates<\/strong> \u2014 un signe biblique d\u2019alliance et de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 (Gen\u00e8se 9, 12-17). C\u2019\u00e9tait bien plus qu\u2019un simple ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne naturel ; c\u2019\u00e9tait la douce assurance que Dieu nous donnait que, m\u00eame au milieu des temp\u00eates de l\u2019injustice, de la corruption et de l\u2019incertitude, l\u2019espoir reste possible et que de nouveaux d\u00e9parts sont bien r\u00e9els.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre nation continue de faire face \u00e0 la douloureuse r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la corruption, qui porte pr\u00e9judice \u00e0 notre peuple, spolie les plus d\u00e9munis, affaiblit nos institutions et menace l\u2019avenir de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Ces derniers mois, nous avons vu d\u2019innombrables Philippins \u2014 \u00e9tudiants, familles, travailleurs, membres du clerg\u00e9, religieux et responsables communautaires \u2014 se lever et s\u2019exprimer avec courage : \u00ab \u00c7a suffit ! \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le \u00ab<sup>2nd<\/sup> Trillion Peso Rally \u00bb est \u00e0 la fois une manifestation et une pri\u00e8re<\/strong>. Une manifestation contre les abus qui d\u00e9truisent notre nation, et une pri\u00e8re pour que Dieu gu\u00e9risse notre pays et renouvelle nos dirigeants et notre peuple. Nous marchons ensemble, unis dans notre engagement en faveur de la justice, de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de la dignit\u00e9 de chaque Philippin.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divers groupes ont organis\u00e9 des manifestations de grande ampleur pour exiger de la part du gouvernement transparence et responsabilit\u00e9, dans le contexte du scandale li\u00e9 au budget national et des all\u00e9gations de d\u00e9tournement de fonds publics dans le cadre de projets d\u2019infrastructure, notamment des initiatives de lutte contre les inondations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces manifestations ont eu lieu \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de l\u2019anniversaire de la naissance de Gat. Andres Bonifacio, un h\u00e9ros consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le \u00ab p\u00e8re de la r\u00e9volution philippine \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Environ 86 dioc\u00e8ses ont soutenu la \u00ab Marche du trillion de pesos \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale (R\u00e9gion de la capitale nationale (NCR), r\u00e9gions de Luzon, Visayas et Mindanao).
