The girls of the Vedruna Niketan boarding at Unai conducted a singing competition on the 20th of September.
The girls themselves composed songs on the life of St. Joaquina. The students of class 9 to 12 were divided into 8 groups and they composed the songs in different languages like, Gujarati, Hindi, and also their dialect languages. It was highly innovative and creative.
We, the sisters and staff, truly felt the presence of Mother Joaquina among us as they performed. It was really amazing to listen to them and know that they know about St. Joaquina’s life very well.
