In Vic, the place where it all began, the Manso is undergoing a profound transformation. On the occasion of the Bicentenary of the founding of our Congregation, the house where St. Joaquina de Vedruna lived with Teodoro and began her religious project, is being adapted to become a space for visiting, praying and meeting.
Artists, architects and designers work together with the Espacio Manso Commission to give shape to a tour that, without losing the historical memory, offers a current and open look to the future. It will be a space where the essence of Joaquina and her legacy of educating, healing and liberating can be breathed.
The official inauguration will take place on February 26, 2026, as part of the great celebration of the Bicentennial. Until then, we continue to build with enthusiasm and creativity a place that will soon welcome the entire Vedruna family.
