With hearts full of hope and a renewed commitment, the Vedruna network of schools in Venezuela is finalizing the last details for the start of the 2026–2027 school year. This period begins with a strong vocational and educational call, encapsulated in the new motto for the year adopted by the VedrunAmérica Province: “For love, I will follow you.”
Before the students returned to the classrooms, teachers, support staff, and school administrators gathered to explore the theme of the motto through deep prayer exercises and moments of shared reflection, which have helped us return to the roots of our vocation as Vedruna educators, reminding us that education is, above all, an “act of love and unconditional support,” as Pope Leo reminds us.
In a warm, joyful, simple, and family-like environment—as described in our Vedruna Educational Proposal (PEV)—we across the country are committed to being a living testimony to this motto, guiding children and young people to a successful future through the charism of Saint Joaquina de Vedruna.
In Guayana, Anaco, Caracas, and Aragua—with renewed energy and classrooms ready—the Vedruna schools are opening their doors to this new school year, reaffirming their promise to continue building the country through a holistic education that transforms lives through and for a love that never says “enough.”
