Faced with the current context of violence and war in our world, the sisters gathered at the Extended General Council in Vic, March 9-23, 2026, have drawn up and signed this Public Declaration for Peace.
In communion with the Church -especially with the words of Pope Leo XIV and Consecrated Religious Life-, we join the many initiatives and voices that, from different spheres, actively work for peace.
From our liberating, healing and educating charism, we reaffirm with conviction that no cause can legitimize the harm or destruction of others. We are committed to a culture of encounter, dialogue and reconciliation as an indispensable basis for a more humane future.
