Women’s Convention at Miao Diocese
On May 12th and 13th, 21 women from various villages of Mintong Parish, accompanied by Sr. Glory CCV, participated in the Diocesan Women’s Convention held at Miao. The event gathered nearly 550 women from all parishes of the Miao Diocese.
The convention offered a valuable platform for women to interact, share their experiences, and reaffirm their vital role in nurturing children in the Christian faith and values. Personal testimonies shared by some women about their faith journeys were truly inspiring and served as models of strength.
Group discussions and cultural programs further encouraged the participants to grow in confidence, embrace their identity as women of faith, and contribute actively to their families and society.
Adoration, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist by the Bishop spiritually enriched all the participants.
