Vic Foundation Annual Report: A Testimony to the “Little Things in Many Places Around the World”

The Vic Foundation (Vedruna Intercontinental Communion) is our Congregation’s nonprofit organization, which works to support vulnerable communities and, together with them, build paths toward justice, dignity, and hope.

In 2025, contributions from 77 donors, Vedruna communities and schools, and public funding made it possible to support 26 projects in 11 countries. This enabled 15,839 people to receive shelter, training, and support in various areas:

  • Education: After-school support and vocational training, teacher training
  • Housing: Shelter and transitional housing, food
  • Health: Health Care and Preventive Health
  • Infrastructure: Upgrading equipment, such as computers, internet connections, and solar panels

Details on all the projects in which we have collaborated can be found in the 2025 Annual Report, which is now available in its entirety:

This report is a testimony that brings to light the truth and value of the “small things in many parts of the world.” It contains brief glimpses of lives that have been improved by our efforts and commitment. These are lives that need continued support so that the skills they have acquired will be sufficient to cope with difficult and precarious circumstances. In their reports and financial statements, they express their gratitude not only for our financial support but also for our closeness and our faith that their lives will change for the better.

Finally, in the interest of transparency, the report includes a section on financial data, which details the sources of revenue and the breakdown of expenses by project and continent.

Recently, the Vic Foundation’s work has been highlighted for its swift response to the tragic situation in Venezuela following the earthquakes that occurred on June 24. The fundraising campaign to support the effort is still ongoing:
